  "indirizzo": "<div><p>My office is located on the first floor of the Department of Chemistry (room 115).</p><p>My research activity is mainly devoted to the formulation and characterization of out-of-equilibrium complex fluids. I am using rheology, spectroscopy\u00a0<span>(such as Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, NMR), and scattering\u00a0<span>(small-angle light, x-ray, and neutron scattering)</span></span>\u00a0techniques as tools to investigate complex fluids.\u00a0Some of the main research topics are lyotropic liquid crystals, mechanical-induced transitions, cellulose dissolution, rheological behavior of peptides and proteins, food materials and additives, drug delivery systems, nanomaterials, etc...\u00a0</p><p><span>You can find my list of publications here\u00a0</span><a href=\"http://orcid.org/0000-0001-6854-2963\">ORCID</a><span>.</span></p></div>",
